The score itself has been digitally printed on Mohawk paper; the cover is printed letterpress at Nick's private press in North Yorkshire (Effra Press & Typefoundry). It's set in 16pt Village type, printed in two colours on 70 year old Barcham Green 210gsm mouldmade paper, and bound by hand.
The score measures 210 x 297mm; each copy is signed and numbered by Nick, the composer & printer, in a limited edition of only 72 copies.
All proceeds will be donated to Medecins sans Frontieres, and the price of the score has been suggested as a reasonable contribution to their outstanding work. If you can afford to give more, please do.
Copies are currently being bound, and should be ready to be shipped in the week of 17th August 2020.
Buying the score will also allow you to download the Plague Song recordings.

I interpreted the score in a gestural and textural way, and also, I think, in an emotional one. For me, this time we're in embues everything with a sort of heaviness, like the physical sensation of grief And, of course, we are grieving, for everyone and everything that's been lost.
So that emotional aura was what I tried to channel. I'm grateful to have had the chance to express it through this project.
